Prior to commencing your regular classes, you are required to adhere to the following terms and conditions, including any potential future updates.

1-Our pricing structure is based on a monthly subscription rather than a per-class fee. We strive to accommodate makeup sessions for missed classes; however, deduction of fees for missed classes from student is not permitted.

2-At Alhamdarabicinstitute, we endeavor to provide the best services, but please note that we may need to assign different teachers during the course due to our tutors’ specific contract durations. Leaving the institute solely because of a teacher change is strictly prohibited.

3-Parents/students must not engage any current or former Alhamdarabicinstitute tutors for personal services, paying them directly, as this may lead to institute losses. In such cases, please inform us to take appropriate action.

4-Should a teacher offer personal services, kindly decline and report the incident to us for legal action, as students remain under Alhamdarabicinstitute care during the course.

5-For payment and learning-related concerns, please communicate directly with the admin through WhatsApp, Skype, or our support numbers. Our teachers are responsible for subject instruction only.

6-In the event of a teacher’s absence, a substitute teacher will be assigned to your classes. If progress is unsatisfactory, we may reassign a different teacher for better results.

7-Class timings can be adjusted upon request, provided another teacher is available at your preferred time.

8-No refunds or adjustments are possible for missed classes without prior notification, as teachers’ schedules are reserved according to your allotted time slots.

9-Monthly payments are collected in advance through recurring billing, beginning on your joining date.

10-If you decide to discontinue classes in the first month after trial classes, you’ll receive a 100% refund for that month.

11-A one-month prior notice is mandatory for those leaving the institute. This allows us to manage teacher schedules effectively.

12-Temporary leave of fewer than one month is subject to fees based on your package plan to secure future time slots.

13-Makeup classes depend on availability, with prior notification of at least 3 hours before the scheduled class time for scheduling.

14-No makeup classes are provided for public holidays or class disruptions due to rare technical issues.

15-Test classes may be conducted by substitute teachers to assess progress.

16-Appreciation funds collected at significant milestones are distributed among the entire team as a collective effort.
