There are three stages/types of Arabic:

1- Classical Arabic (i.e. the Quranic and Hadith Arabic, also known as the Arabic spoken by most Islamic students and their scholars around the globe).

2- Modern standard Arabic (i.e. a version of the classical Arabic with some added transliterations of foreign words, and with little grammar focus – widely spoken by most Arabic news presenters and reporters in all Arab countries).

3- Colloquial or Dialects (i.e. another older type of morden standard Arabic, but spoken by different Arabs based on their tribes or countries, with almost no grammar focus, and with some of them using fewer words of the classical Arabic and others sounding like a completely different language).
