These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a respectful and effective learning environment. By enrolling in the course, students and their parents/guardians agree to comply with these guidelines.

1- attendance & discipline

Students must attend all scheduled classes within the committed month.

A new commitment and schedule will be set for each month.

Missed classes will not be rescheduled or adjusted in the next month unless there is a rare emergency situation (subject to the teacher’s discretion).

2- Rescheduling & absence policies

If a student needs to reschedule a class, they must notify the teacher at least 2 to 3 hours in advance.

Rescheduling requests made after the class start time will not be accepted, and the class will be considered completed.

Rescheduling is subject to the teacher’s availability and convenience.

If a student needs a long or short break and wants to resume with the same teacher and time slot, they must pay the full month’s fee in advance to keep the slot reserved.

The missed classes will be rescheduled after resuming, based on mutual availability between the teacher and student.

3- Fee policies

Fee must be paid in advance to ensure smooth class management and avoid any mismanagement.

The fee amount will be based on the chosen fee plan and the number of classes selected.

All scheduled classes must be completed within the same month as per the commitment.

Missed classes with prior notification will be rescheduled based on mutual availability, but no fee deductions or refunds will be provided for missed classes.

If a student fails to attend a class without prior notice, it will be considered completed, and no makeup class will be provided.

Any inquiries, concerns, or discussions regarding fees can be addressed directly with the admin.

4-Management policies

If there are any disruptions during class—such as network issues or background noise—the student is required to inform the admin immediately so the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

All requests related to rescheduling or any other issues must be discussed directly with the admin.

5- Personal Contact and Engagement Policy

Teachers are strictly prohibited from sharing their personal contact information with students.

Teachers must not request or collect students’ personal contact numbers.

If any instance of policy violation occurs, please notify the institute immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.
